Billy Edmundo Vicarioli, 60, owner of “Billy’s San Mateo Automotive” passed away Oct. 10 in Stanley. He was born April 20, 1956 in Costa Rica, to the late Edmundo and Julieta (Mena) Vicarioli. He was also preceded in death by his son, Billy E. Vicarioli Jr. Billy is survived by his wife, Malia Rose Vicarioli of Stanley; daughter and son-in-law, Jennie May and Enrique Felix; and grandchildren, Billy Enrique Felix and Isabelle May Felix of Fla.; brother and sister-in-law, Alan Raul and Dawn Vicarioli; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lucia and Marty Brown and Julie and Ryan Robertson; as well as numerous nephews and nieces, and stepson and other step-grandchildren. Billy will be greatly missed by his many extended family and friends. Per the family’s wishes no services are scheduled at this time.
