Starting this week, public transportation between Edgewood and Santa Fe is being reduced.
According to a press release from the North Central Regional Transit District, routes between Edgewood, Eldorado and Santa Fe will be eliminated at midday.
A route from Madrid to Golden is being eliminated starting today, Jan. 27.
The midday route was put into place on a trial basis, the press release says, adding, “Due to low ridership, the midday option will be eliminated.” No other routes or services on the Edgewood or Eldorado routes are being changed.
