Julie Ann Garcia, 43, passed away May 18 in Albuquerque. She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on Nov. 30, 1973. This woman is beyond words. She was an amazing mother, a loving wife, and the world’s greatest friend. Her crazy and beautiful personality brought the light out in everybody she met. She opened her heart to anybody that needed it and was an inspiration to many. She was preceded in death by her sister-in-law Amelia Garcia and nephew Nicholas Garcia. She is survived by her beloved husband Joe Steven Garcia; sons Steven “The Kid” Garcia, Joe Georgiano Garcia and Noah James Garcia and daughter Christina Sue-Lauraine Garcia; as well as her mother Susan Rodrigues, fathers Gerard Desmerais and Louis Rodrigues, and brothers Jay Desmarais, Louis Rodrigues, Anferny, and Ronnie; and three grandchildren. A viewing was held May 22 at Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, with a funeral service following. Forever in our hearts, always in our thoughts.
