With the very hot temperatures and poor air quality be careful while doing outdoor activities.

For Edgewood, Moriarty and the Estancia Valley, Friday through Sunday will be dry and hot. Record breaking heat is possible on Sunday. There will areas of smoke during the night and morning hours leading to poor air quality. High temperatures on Friday will be in the lower 90s with low temperatures Friday night around 50 degrees. Highs on Saturday will be in the middle to upper 90s with overnight lows Saturday night in the lower to middle 50s. Highs on Sunday will be near 100 degrees. Yes, you read that correctly! 100 degrees is possible on Sunday.

For Cedar Crest, Tijeras and Sedillo areas, Friday through Sunday will be will be dry and hot. Record breaking heat is possible on Sunday. There will areas of smoke during the night and morning hours leading to poor air quality. High temperatures on Friday will be in the lower 90s with low temperatures Friday night around 60 degrees. Highs Saturday and Sunday will be in the middle to upper 90s with overnight lows Saturday night around 60 degrees.
