The New Mexico Peace Choir, conducted by founder Christy Conduff, is recruiting members age 16 and above.

Conduff was a music teacher in the Moriarty-Edgewood School District for 30 years.

The choir will perform several concerts each year, and will be featured at the Roundhouse in Santa Fe on Jan. 18 for the “Witness for the People” event that will kick off the 2016 legislative session.

Musical selections for the Peace Choir are centered around developing peaceful connections within our communities and beyond. Rehearsals will be held Tuesdays in Albuquerque, and Wednesdays in Santa Fe. Those interested in joining or booking the New Mexico Peace Choir to perform are encouraged to contact Conduff at [email protected]
