A unique yoga class will benefit Wildlife West Nature Park in Edgewood—and give local yogis a chance to play with baby goats.

Starting this weekend, certified yoga teachers will lead interactive classes alongside goats, with two types of classes offered: “Kid Goat Yoga for Kids” and “Hatha Yoga with Kid Goats.”

Classes are an hour long and parents are encouraged to join their kids. Classes are an hour long, and start with the chance to feed the baby goats.

Classes are $15, with proceeds benefiting Wildlife West; for those 14 and under, this includes free admission to the park.

Participants should bring a yoga mat and water bottle, and wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes.
